Umiaqs have been built by Arctic civilizations for over 5,000 years. Students will work together as a team to paddle one of these traditional skin-boats. Students also learn to use hand tools and build their own wooden toy boats.
For groups of 31-50 students please choose Jumbo Field Trip.
Please note that Jumbo Fields Trips do not include Umiaq boat rides.
