PREREQUISITES: Beginning Sailing
Learn new skills and knowledge sailing solo on an El Toro such as getting out of irons, overboard recovery, and Rules of the Road. This is the next step for those who know the basics of sailing and are ready for something new; Intermediate Sailing refines observation and problem-solving skills while continuing to build confidence and independence.

CWB is excited to be able to offer After Care from 4:00pm-5:30pm during summer camps.
Late-pick ups without pre-registration will be charged $7/15 minutes.

REQUIREMENTS & WHAT TO EXPECT
A swim test is not required for CWB’s youth sailing programs. Lifejackets are required and provided for all participants. The first day of Intermediate Sailing includes a capsize drill, where students deliberately flip and right their sailboat next to the dock and under close instructor supervision.
