CWB stays afloat with the support from individual members and organizations who share our love for maritime treasures. When you host your event at CWB, you not only enjoy our magical setting, you also support the individual experiences, workshops and historic craft restoration that are the heart of CWB's mission to preserve and pass along our maritime heritage.
From stand-up gatherings for small groups to sit-down affairs for 45, CWB's Boathouse is ideal for social gatherings, meetings, fundraisers and employee or customer appreciation events. Our facilities are fully accessible and equipped with wireless Internet. And we can recommend trusted catering or meeting planners, or you can make your own arrangements.
A Far-away Place Right in the Heart of Seattle
Our floating boathouse and deck is the perfect setting to gather in the company of friends or colleagues and enjoy the beautiful vista from the edge of Seattle's Lake Union. As a hands-on living history museum, CWB offers a one-of-a-kind experience where guests can view historic wooden boats, learn about traditional maritime craft, and engage in on-the-water-excursions.
